PRIMAL BOXING & FITNESS

The first half of the session focuses on strength, agility, and endurance-building circuits inspired by cutting-edge methodologies like those seen at Primal Gym. These movements are specifically designed to engage multiple muscle groups, improve overall power, and get your body thoroughly warmed up for the second part of the session.
Sample Circuit Exercises:
Each exercise will be performed for a specific amount of time with controlled intensity to ensure an effective warm-up.
Once warmed up and primed, participants will transition to heavy bag drills. This section is designed to target striking technique, coordination, and core engagement while maintaining a high-calorie burn.
Key Heavy Bag Drills:
Our experienced trainers will guide participants through all drills with a strong emphasis on form and technique to maximize results while minimizing risk of injury.
We provide all other equipment, including gloves and bags, so you can focus on your workout.
